Design and ongoing delivery of a CBSL curriculum for youth aged 15–17 across three countries — grounding participants in genuine community inquiry rather than voluntourism, and building the capacity of over 70 staff, mentors, and facilitators.
Key outcome: Annual programme operational. 70+ staff trained. Full curriculum, training guides and participant materials produced.
